Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. Orders may not be shipped on weekends or holidays, although we may ship on Saturdays some weeks.
If we are experiencing an abnormally high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed an extra day or two. If the delay is significant, we will contact you and let you know via email.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We factor shipping into the prices of our products so domestic shipping is always free to you. Delivery times will vary, but once the package has been accepted by USPS delivery time will be 1-5 days depending on location, level of service, weather, etc.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We ship to all addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email confirming shipping once we ship your order. Tracking will be found within this email and should have its initial scan within 24 hours.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. If your package arrives damaged please contact the carrier and file a claim. Please save all packaging materials if this ever happens
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We do ship internationally. You will need to select the international shipping option at checkout and pay the extra for this option. If you place multiple orders between the time we pack and ship, we will refund whatever duplicate shipping charges you paid.
